Luis, aka Chito has been a good friend to my kids for many years and I was excited when he asked me to take his senior pics. Chito has a great big smile, a great big heart and a great big creative vision. He has created his own brand, Tacorito. We are big fans. We had a lot of fun and even managed to capture his love of cereal. Thank you for trusting me with your Senior shoot Luis! I had a blast and I can’t wait to see where life takes you! P.S. Order me a shirt next run!   2016-11-03_0001.jpg

Ahhhhh! I LOVE my Four Season clients. It is so exciting to capture them throughout their entire senior year. Shelby always has the most adorable outfits and her Fall shoot was no exception. She totally rocked it!

I have been shooting Shelby since she was a very young dancer and it is so cool to watch her grow in to such a beautiful young lady. We also got to celebrate her acceptance to her first choice school, Alabama! No matter where the future takes you, near or far, you will always have a place in our hearts.

The Morgan Family was one of the first families we met when we moved to Waterford 10 years ago. I was so honored when they asked me to shoot Brady’s senior photos! Brady has grown in to quite an athlete and is such a genuine and kind young man. We had an ambitious afternoon, getting some shots on the Kettering field where he has spent many hours playing football and lacrosse, and then heading to Rochester. I really loved many of his shots in black and white so they got an overload of those too! The future is bright for you Brady! It was a pleasure to work with you and spend time with your family, Sarah and your sweet puppy! Enjoy this last year both on the field and off!

Oh goodness! Star! You are such a shiny, sparkly, and unique girl! When we got in the car to head to Detroit, she warned me that she is awkward in front of a camera. Honestly, there was not one moment of awkwardness during the entire shoot! We had such a blast and together we discovered some amazing new places at Eastern Market and Belle Isle. We raced the setting sun and the end result was a nothing short of extraordinary. I think everyone will agree! I have watched you transform over the last three years into such a beautiful young lady. I am excited for what the future holds for you! 2016-10-01_0006.jpg

I have been so excited to work with Jasmine as I have watched her beautiful smile light up the stage for years and I knew she would be so fun to shoot! Jasmine has a wide variety of interests and talents- dance, golf, violin, and karate (just to name a few). Luckily, she is one of my Four Season Seniors so we have time to capture it all!

I loved this summer session and Jasmine’s easy, casual style. The evening light was golden perfection. It was a beautiful start to a wonderful year ahead. We set the bar high Jasmine, can’t wait to see what Fall brings us!

Megan is one of my Four Season Seniors this year. Her summer shoot was rained out not once, but twice. However, third time was a definitely a charm! We had the most beautiful evening and the results are nothing short of amazing. We explored a little of Detroit at Eastern Market, Dequindre Cut and the Riverwalk. This could easily become one of my favorite places to shoot!

I can’t wait to capture your entire senior year season by season Meg! We set the bar high, can’t wait for Fall!

I think Josh wins the award for my most enthusiastic senior! Meeting with Josh to plan his shoot was so fun, he had a sparkle in his eye and lot of great ideas. His enthusiasm over the location when we arrived made for such a fun evening. We had PERFECT weather and Stony Creek did not disappoint. Josh is planning a future in law enforcement and criminal justice and this guy has a bright future ahead! Have a fabulous senior year Josh! I loved working with you!

Ashley was my first 2017 Senior way back in July and it was a HOT BRIGHT summer day. She was a such a trooper despite the bright sun and heat and so was her special pal, Junior. (My personal favorite is the shot with the cute little guy!) Ashley is a very talented varsity dancer for Waterford Mott and we had some fun on the field and in the stadium where she is clearly at home. I loved kicking off the senior season with the sweet and lovely girl. Here’s to a great senior year on the field and off Ash! Enjoy!

Four Season Sessions!

School is starting soon but we still have a little summer left! Now is the time to book your Four Season Senior Sessions.
Inspired by my super fun and creative girl, Nicole Moore, the OG Four Season Senior. She wanted to capture her entire senior year and I was super excited to take on the challenge. The results were nothing short of wonderful and I loved watching her grow and change from an incoming Senior to a Graduate.

Here’s how it works:
We have four photo sessions Summer, Fall, Winter (yes, in the snow) and Spring. We choose a new location for each shoot and each shoots lasts about 1.5 hours. You can have 2 outfits at each session. Each shoot is planned around your personality, interests and the Michigan seasons.

The total cost is $600 which is broken down throughout the year. A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking and then each session is $100. You will get a minimum of 25 images from each session resulting in at least 100 images for the year.

Contact me today to book your Four Seasons Sessions before summer is just a memory! Limited availability!

When I first spoke with Krista’s mom she told me that Krista wanted to take her senior photos in her grandmother’s yard in Milford. I am super sentimental and love it when my seniors pick a location that has meaning to them so I was completely on board. However, I was completely unprepared for how magical this location would be!

When we met at the house to plan out the session, I was blown away. Krista’s grandma has created a stunningly beautiful, peaceful and whimsical retreat. She is a very talented woman!

The evening of the session, we grabbed a few family shots, recreated a shot with the sisters and then explored the property with Krista. Afterwards, they fed me dinner and pie and I was able to take a tour of the amazing home that Krista’s grandma designed. What a perk to this job, meeting such wonderful people. I enjoyed every minute of it!

Krista, I am so glad you picked such a special and memorable location. I can see why this place is special to you. It was the perfect backdrop to your sweet smile! Have a wonderful senior year, there are great things ahead for you!
